/We have read the rules and regulations for private use of the clubhouse and agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I/We agree to assume full responsibility for the clubhouse during the rental period stated above. I/We agree to indemnify and hold harmless the CSA for any damage incurred as a result of use of the clubhouse by me or my guests.

I/We understand that a deposit of ($50.00) is required and the rental fee is ($50.00). I/We understand the deposit ($50.00) can be retained if any damages are incurred during my use of the clubhouse or if not clean. The clubhouse will be inspected the day following the function. Upon passing inspection, the $50.00 deposit check will be returned to the homeowner.
